JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 21-03-2017 The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with C2A 261/2016, registered for offences punishable under Sections 47(a) and 54 of Bihar Excise Act 2016. Allegation is of recovery of 1315 litres of foreign liquor. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that though it is alleged that huge recovery of indian made foreign liquor has been recovered from the house of the petitioner, however, the recovery has been made from a room, which the petitioner had given on rent in the year 2013. In support of his contention, he has annexed with this application the copy of rent agreement vide annexure -2. Petitioner has nothing to do with the alleged recovery.
