JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 18-03-2026 The learned Vice-Chancellor, Purnea University, Purnea is present in the Court and has tendered unconditional apology for the earlier abrasions, which have taken place in the present case, however he submits that now the order of this Court has stood complied with, inasmuch as a reasoned order dated 14.3.2026 has been now passed in the present case.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be granted liberty to challenge the aforesaid order dated 14.3.2026, by filing appropriate writ petition. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
