Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order 16.06.2021 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 3028 of 2021.

By order dated 05.01.2022 a report about the stage of trial has been called for from the court below which reveals that charge was framed on 09.03.2021 and the case is running for evidence.

Considering the nature of accusation, gravity of the offence and progress of the trial, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the same is rejected.
