1. Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case no. 48 of 2022 registered under sections 9B(1) and (2) of the Explosive Act.

3. As per the prosecution case on information having been received by the informant about manufacture of illegal fire crackers by the two accused persons including the petitioner herein, the informant states that a raid was conducted at the house of this petitioner and various articles as mentioned in the FIR was recovered.

4. It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64117 of 2023(2) dt.11-10-2023 2/2 the petitioner or from his house. He is in custody since 9.11.2022 and investigation in the case has concluded.

5. The prayer for bail is opposed by learned A.P.P for the State.

6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the allegations against this petitioner in the FIR, the petitioner having remained in custody since 9.11.2022 and charge-sheet having been submitted in the case, the petitioner is directed to be enlarged on bail in connection with Tatarpur P.S. Case no. 48 of 2022 (S. Tr. no. 76 of 2023) on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Addl. Sessions Judge-X, Bhagalpur. (Partha Sarthy, J) uttam/- U
