Considering the merits of the case, the provisional anticipatory bail granted to the Petitioner by order dated 4.3.2014 is, hereby confirmed in connection with Complaint case No.1572 of 2008 pending in the court of Chief Judicial Magistrate Rohtas. However, from henceforth the Petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.3000/- per month instead of Rs.750/- to the Opposite Party No.2.
