The petitioner has filed the present application for initiating contempt proceeding for non-compliance of the direction issued by this Court in C.W.J.C. No. 5886 of 2014. This Court vide order dated 11.09.2014 has issued direction to the respondent no.5, i.e. Deputy Development Commissioner-cum- Chief Executive Officer, Zila Parishad, Sitamarhi, to dispose of the representation of the petitioner by a reasoned order.

Today on behalf of opposite parties a show-cause has been filed enclosing the reasoned order dated 04.12.2018

Patna High Court MJC No.4877 of 2014(10) dt.02-01-2019 2/2 whereby a detailed calculation as to the pre and post retiral dues of the petitioner has been considered.

Considering the reasoned order dated 04.12.2018, the Court is not inclined to proceed any further in the matter. Accordingly, the contempt proceeding is dropped. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the concerned authority in the event he is aggrieved by the error in calculation and if he is aggrieved by nonconsideration of any of his grievance by filing representation, which shall be disposed of by a reasoned and speaking order within a period of one month from the date of filing of such representation.
