The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018 registered under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is of killing the daughter of the informant by her husband and in-laws due to non-fulfillment of demand of dowry and disposed of the dead body. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioner nos. 1 and 2 are brothers-in-law and petitioner no. 3 is mother-in-law of the deceased, daughter of the informant, and

It is further submitted that, in fact, husband of the deceased used to reside separate to the petitioners after marriage but the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case due to ulterior motive. Moreover, Sugriv Chauhan, husband of the deceased is in custody in the present case.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Siwan, in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No. 175 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) Bhardwaj/- U T
