The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 379, 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. As per prosecution, allegation against the petitioner is that he assaulted the informant by means of farsa over his head and it is submitted that injury which caused by this petitioner to the injured Baidhnath Sah is simple in nature and other injury which caused by father of the petitioner, Nathuni Sah assaulted on his left arm by means of iron rod which is not vital part. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He has falsely been

Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer of regular bail.

Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Andhramath P.S. Case No. 98 of 2022, (G.R. No. 981/2022) on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jhanjharpur, District- Madhubani.
