The petitioner is in custody in connection with Birpur P.S. Case No. 25 of 2019 for the offenses under Sections 399, 402, 414 of the Indian Penal Code and 25(1-B)a, 26/35 of Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the allegation against the petitioner in the instant case is that on search, one country made pistol and three live cartridges were recovered from his possession. The petitioner is in custody since 03.03.2019.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has remained in the custody for more than six months, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty
