That in this writ application, the petitioner prays for issuance of writ of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to pay her salary etc. dues with interest for the period 01-03-2022 till date which is pending with them irrespective of having clean and fair service record and without any complains from any corner against her.

At the outset, the learned counsel for the respondent-State has referred to paragraph no.12 of the counter affidavit filed in the present case, to submit that the salary of the petitioner for the period March, 2022 to April, 2023 has already stood paid, hence the present writ petition has been rendered infructuous.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that if that be the case, then the present writ petition be disposed off.

Accordingly, the present writ petition stands disposed off.
