2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 302, 376, 120B, 201, 511/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The present application is the case of misuse of bail.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 09.01.2023. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

6. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after framing of charge if the charge is not framed yet

Case No. 06 of 2018.
