JUSTICE PARTHA SARTHY ORAL ORDER 04-12-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners, learned counsel for the State of Bihar and learned counsel for the Veer Kunwar Singh University.

2. The petitioners have filed the instant application for the following relief(s):

Patna High Court CWJC No.18089 of 2025(2) dt.04-12-2025 2/3 "That the petitioners pray for issuance of an appropriate writ /writs, order / orders, direction / directions to consider the case of the petitioners for regularization to the respective post of 4th grade Employee and making payment of enhanced remuneration in the light of government decision which has been fixed as minimum remuneration.

The petitioners further pray for to consider the case for regularization in the light of judgment passed in CWJC no. 13895/2021 dated 16.05.2024 and further recent judgment of honorable Supreme Court in Jaggo vs Union of India and others(SLP)(c) 5580/2024. However similar matter has been disposed off by this honorable court in CWJC no. 10569/2021 dated 29.08.2024."

3. At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that inspite of the petitioners having represented before the respondent-University, their applications continue to remain pending and they had received no response thereto.

4. In view of the above, let the petitioners file their individual/separate representation before the Vice Chancelllor, Veer Kunwar Singh University, Ara (respondent no.3) within a period of four weeks.

5. In case such a representation is filed, the respondent no.3 shall decide the same within a period of three months from the date of its filing.

6. The order passed on the representation shall be

Patna High Court CWJC No.18089 of 2025(2) dt.04-12-2025 3/3 communicated to the petitioners within the aforesaid period.

7. It is made clear that the Court has not gone into the merits of the case of the petitioners which is to be decided by the respondent concerned.

8. The writ application stands disposed of with the above observations and directions.
