Case No.019 of 2014 registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 471 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code as well as Sections 13(2) and 13(1)(d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988, during pendency of the writ petition investigation has been completed and charge-sheet has been submitted against the petitioner.
