The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Bariarpur P.S. Case No. 90 of 2014 registered for offence under Sections 447, 341, 323 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code as well as Section 27 of the Arms Act.

There is allegation that petitioner attempting to snatch Rs.30,000/- from Yogendra Yadav and when protest was made it is alleged that he fired and also assaulted with the butt of pistol to the informant.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that occurrence took place on 28. 05. 2014 and F.I.R. lodged on 06.06.2014, so there is delay in lodging the F.I. R. It is further submitted that petitioner is in jail custody since 06.01.2015. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger, in connection with Bariarpur P.S.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.10931 of 2015 (2) dt.17-03-2015 Case No. 90 of 2014, subject to condition that one of the bailors shall be near relative of the petitioner who will file an affidavit to this effect that petitioner has no criminal antecedent. The trial court after due verification of this fact shall confirm the bail bond of the petitioner.
