The petitioner is in custody in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 293 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 25(1b)a and 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 11.10.2018. He further submits that in the instant case there is allegation of recovery of one country made pistol and one live cartridge.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he has remained in custody since 11.10.2018, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1143 of 2019(2) dt.04-02-2019 2/2 (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Court of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-II, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Desari P.S. Case No. 293 of 2018.
