2. Learned counsel for the petitioner, at the very beginning submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the M.J.C. Application and be given liberty to file an appropriate application for restoration of the criminal writ application.

4. Accordingly, the petitioner is permitted to withdraw this MJC application for restoration as the same has been filed for restoration of criminal writ which is not permissible.

5. The petitioner is given liberty liberty to file an appropriate application for restoration of the criminal writ under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C./under Section 226 of Criminal Procedure Code.
