JUSTICE SANJAY PRIYA ORAL ORDER 19-04-2017 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Banmankhi P.S. Case No. 100 of 2016 instituted for the offence under Sections 376, 307, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. There is specific allegation against the petitioner of committing illegal act with the informant on promise to marry with her.

The victim girl has given statement under Section 164 Cr. P.C. wherein she has stated that on various occasions, petitioner established physical relationship with her on promise to marry with her, but he solemnized marriage with another girl. In such circumstances, keeping in view the nature of allegation, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to

Prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner stands rejected.
