2. This writ petition has been filed by the petitioners seeking a direction to consider the case of the petitioners for appointment on regular basis and for regularisation in the respective establishment of the district of Patna in different blocks on the post of driver. He has also prayed for a direction to consider the representation dated 30.01.2025, by the District Magistrate, Patna.

3. Though the writ petition has been filed with the prayer as above, learned counsel for the petitioners has submitted that this writ petition may be disposed of at this stage itself by directing the District Magistrate, Patna to dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 30.01.2025.

As prayed for by the learned counsel for the petitioners, this writ petition is hereby disposed off with a direction to the District Magistrate, Patna/ respondent No. 2 to consider and dispose of the representation dated 30.01.2025, stated to have been filed by the petitioners, in accordance with law.

5. This writ petition stands disposed off with the above direction.
