Taking into consideration that petitioner carries criminal antecedent of altogether 12 cases and looted mobile is said to have been recovered form his possession, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Forbesganj (Simraha) P.S. case no. 651/2014 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria stands rejected, at least, at this stage.
