The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Revelganj P.S. Case No.249 of 2016 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272 and 273 of the Indian Penal Code. In view of Section 76 (2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016, this application is not maintainable and, therefore, learned counsel for the petitioner prays to withdraw this application.

Prayer is allowed.
