JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case No. 184 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 272, 273, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) and 30 (b) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 23.08.2018.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.D.J. IInd cum Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi in connection with Sitamarhi P.S. Case
