2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 286 of 2021 instituted under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for bail as earlier such prayer was rejected by order dated 01.02.2023 in Cr. Misc. No. 46214 of 2022.

4. The trial is on the verge of completion as per the submission of learned counsel for the petitioner.

5. In that view of the matter, this application is dismissed.
