2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Arrabari P.S. Case No. 08 of 2025 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 190, 191(2), 191(3), 126(2), 115(2), 30, 8(2), 303(2), 351(2), 352 of BNS.

3. The petitioner is accused of demanding extortion money from Sand Mining Contractors. The petitioner and other co-accused persons have assaulted the informant's group and threatened to kill the son of the deceased.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 29.05.2025. He is accused in a number of cases.

5. Considering the facts and circumstances and also criminal antecedent of the petitioner and the fact that the

Accordingly, his prayer for bail in connection with Arrabari P.S.Case No.08 of 2025, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Kishanganj stands rejected.

6. The learned counsel for the informant submits that the prosecution will examine the witnesses on the dated fixed, if the trial is delayed by the prosecution, the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
