According to the prosecution case itself, son of the petitioner was arrested by the police in connection with a case of theft and in the said case, son of the petitioner made confessional statement leading to recovery from the house of the petitioner. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran at Motihari in Motihari Town P.S.
