The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Taraiya P.S. Case No. 288 of 2016, registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code, pending in the court of the Additional Chief Judicial MagistrateIX, Chapra, District-Saran. The accusation is that petitioner along with two unknown came on motorcycle near the scooty of the informant and started to abuse her. At that time, this petitioner gave iron rod blow at the head of the informant and they also snatched Rs. 8,000/- and a golden chain from her.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation against the petitioner, I am not
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5884 of 2017 (2) dt.21-03-2017 2/2 inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, his prayer for grant of anticipatory bail stands rejected. The petitioner is directed to surrender before the trail Court within four weeks and pray for regular bail, which would be considered by the trial Court in accordance with law without being prejudiced by the order of this Court.
