Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Dhoraiya P.S. Case No. 54 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under sections 420, 467, 468, 471, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by different co-ordinate Benches of this court vide orders dated 24.10.2019 and 29.11.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. Nos. 67940 of 2019 and 77814 of 2019 respectively. Petitioner has no criminal antecedent.
