BAJANTHRI) Date : 25-04-2024 The present M.J.C./Contempt petition is filed for non-compliance of the order dated 26.10.2021 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 18373 of 2021.

2. Limited direction was asking the petitioner to submit representation. Petitioner had submitted representation on 22.11.2021. Thereafter, the concerned Respondent was

Patna High Court MJC No.2135 of 2022 dt.25-04-2024 2/2 required to pass speaking order within a period of four months. In other words before 21.03.2022, the concerned authority was required to pass order. However, along with the Show-Cause dated 23.09.2022, partially order has been complied, which is evident from para 7 and 11 of the show cause. In other words, grievance of the petitioner has not been considered in its entirety.

3. Be that as it may, the present M.J.C/Contempt petition stands dropped, reserving liberty to the petitioner to file Interlocutory Application in the event of non-compliance of para 7 and 11 of the show cause on or before 30th June, 2024, failing which petitioner is entitled to cost of Rs. 25,000/-. Cost shall be paid by the concerned authority, who is required to the undertaking at para 7 and 11 of the show cause. At the same time, petitioner is at liberty to file Interlocutory Application to revive this order in the event of non-compliance to the above observation before 30th June, 2024.
