On account of explosion of landmine, the vehicle as well as the persons occupying the vehicle met with causality for which informant, Sudha Devi wife of one of the victim Late Sushil Pandey recorded instant case. It has also been disclosed that after explosion 40-50 Maoist appeared who raised slogan as well as took away rifle. She further claimed identification of Sunil Singh, Baban Yadav, Mangal Ram, Naresh Yadav, Vinayak Singh, Nagendra Singh, Vijay Singh amongst the Maoist. From the order impugned, it is apparent that name of petitioner cropped up on account of inculpatory extra judicial confessional statement of co-accused recorded under para-51 as well as 143 of the case diary.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.23308 of 2015 (2) dt.10-07-2015 Accordingly, Kail Prajapati @ Akash Ji @ Satyanarayan @ Hargovind Pandit is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Vth, Aurangabad in connection with Khudwan P.S. Case No.47 of 2013.
