It would appear from perusal of the first information report itself that informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence and she expressed her suspicion against the petitioner and others on the basis of altercation taken place between her and other accused just prior to throwing of household articles.
Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Munger in connection with Tarapur P.S.
