Mr. Gopal Prasad Roy, learned advocate on record of the petitioner submits that the petitioner has taken away the file and he has no instruction as such. The statement of Roy stands supported from the records inasmuch as even on two previous occasions when the matter was taken up on 23.4.2015 and 27.4.2015, there was none to press the writ petition. There is also no fresh vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioners on record. In the circumstances and in view of the submission made by Mr. Roy, this matter in absence of a counsel cannot proceed and is dismissed for non-prosecution.
