The petitioners seek bail in a case under Section 304B/34 sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant, father of the victim, made allegation that his daughter was married to Satrudhan Sharma on 28.04.2013 but her husband, father-in-law, brothers-in-law and mother-in-law burnt her to death on 14.12.2013. The informant went to the house of his daughter on 27.12.2013 but the FIR was lodged on 08.01.2014. The informant made allegation that the accused persons burnt to death his daughter but there is no specific allegation against the petitioners. The petitioners are brother-in-

Considering the facts aforesaid and the nature of allegation made against the petitioners, the above named petitioners are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in Majhaulia P.S. Case No. 9/2014.
