Taking into consideration the alleged recovery has been made from conscious possession of the petitioner and moreover, learned Addl. Sessions Judge has given liberty to renew his prayer for bail before trial court, if his trial is not concluded within three months from the date of framing of the charge, I am not inclined to release the petitioner on bail and hence, his prayer for bail in connection with Mufassil P. S. case no. 144/2015 pending in the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bettiah, West Champaran stands rejected. However, it is made clear that this order shall not cause any prejudice to the trial court in consideration of observation given by learned Addl. Sessions Judge VI, Bettiah, West Champaran vide order dated 27.6.2015.
