JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 03-01-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 275 of 2018, disclosing offences under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioners and other accused person is of assault to the informant causing injury to him. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioners is that there is no specific allegation has been attributed against the petitioner and also there is case and counter case between the parties. Further the petitioners are female.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.77868 of 2018(2) dt.03-01-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Saran at Chapra, in connection with Mashrakh P.S. Case No. 275 of 2018, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
