The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Andharamath P.S. Case No. 73 of 2019 corresponding to G.R. No. 899 of 2019 for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The allegation is regarding recovery of 396 liters of Nepali country made wine from the house of the petitioner. A bare perusal of the present petition shows that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case.
