The petitioner seeks bail in Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 63/2015, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 414, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner is the driver of the vehicle. One Satyendra Kumar had given him the vehicle to take the vehicle to Malangwa but on the same the police apprehended the petitioner. The vehicle was found to be stolen. The petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. He is in jail since 17.06.2015. Considering the facts aforesaid, the petitioner above named is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sitamarhi, in connection with Kanhauli P.S. Case No. 63/2015.
