The petitioner, Nagendra Rai, seeks regular bail in Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.175 of 2014, registered under Section 307 and other sections of the Indian Penal Code. 15 persons are named in the First Information Report, including the petitioner. Amiri Rai and Manoj Rai are alleged to have assaulted Jitendra Yadav, the informant. Prabha Rai assaulted Jaggu Rai and Chaturi Rai, Sogarath Rai and Arvind Rai are alleged to have assaulted Rajpati Devi. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is not specific allegation of assault against the petitioner, Nagendra Rai. There is a counter version also, bearing Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.176 of 2014. Petitioner is agnate and the occurrence took place on account of land dispute.

The petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Sikrahna at Motihari in connection with Ghorasahan P.S. Case No.175 of 2014.
