2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 325, 307, 302, 504 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is said to have shot at the wife of the informant, causing her instantaneous death.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence and has falsely been implicated in this case. He submits that there is admitted land dispute between the parties. He further submits that the petitioner is languishing in custody since 03.04.2024.

5. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail and submitted that specific overt act has been attributed against the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the fact that the petitioner is the main assailant, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the prayer of regular bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected in connection with Shahpur P.S. Case No. 225 of 2019. (Anjani Kumar Sharan, J) anand/- U T
