The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 1646 C of 2013, registered for the offences punishable under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
The complainant alleged that he gave Rs. 80,000/- to the petitioner and the petitioner gave a cheque of Rs. 49,000/- on 24.10.2011 with assurance that Rs. 31,000/- would be returned shortly, but the cheque was dishonoured.
Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that it is a case of borrowing and lending money, the petitioner, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, is directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail on furnishing
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.1567 of 2015 (2) dt.14-01-2015 bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa in connection with Complaint Case No. 1646 C of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
