This is a petition for grant of regular bail in a case under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. Subsequently Sections 397, 412 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code has also been added. It is submitted that the petitioner was apprehended on 23.05.2015 as per the information given by spy merely on suspicion and the only material against the petitioner is his self confessional statement. Hence, having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above named is ordered to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jehanabad in connection with Makhdumpur P. S. Case No. 142 of 2015.
