2. The present petition has been preferred for the following relief/s:

(i) to quash the order dated 07.04.2025 passed by the Sub-Divisional Officer, Gopalganj in Mutation Appeal (48D) No.

01/2024-25 contained in Annexure- P/15

Patna High Court CWJC No.14467 of 2025(2) dt.11-09-2025 2/3 whereunder and whereby the learned SubDivisional Officer set-aside the order passed by the Circle Officer, Gopalganj dated 16.07.2018 in Sikmi Mutation Case No.

615/2001-02 and directed the Circle Officer, Gopalganj to pass order in accordance with law after hearing both the parties;

(ii) to stay the compliance of impugned order during pendency of the writ petition and petitioners along with his family members may not be disturbed in possession of the land in question;

(iii) to pass such other order/orders, direction/directions as your Lordships may deem fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that they shall be appearing before the Bihar Land Tribunal, Patna for the redressal of the grievance.

4. If such petition is preferred in eight weeks, the concerned Court shall look into the matter and pass appropriate order after noticing and hearing all the parties and the limitation,
