JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-12-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioner is not named in the first information report but in course of investigation, it came to light that petitioner had love affair with deceased and prior to recovery of her dead body from a railway track, petitioner had talked with deceased on her mobile and except the aforesaid circumstance, there appears to be nothing against the petitioner. Moreover, F.I.R. named accused persons, who happen to be relatives of the deceased, have already been granted privilege of anticipatory bail by different Benches of this Court.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as
