2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Raghopur P.S. Case No. 143 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, it is alleged that the petitioner along with other co-accused persons are said to have killed the son of the informant.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The allegation levelled against the petitioner is not specific rather general and omnibus in nature. She submits that there is no specific overt act against the petitioner. She further submits that there is no any eye-witness of the present

5. Learned APP for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there is ample evidence against the petitioner in the case diary.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of case and the nature of the offence and the materials available on record, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. The prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner is hereby rejected.
