The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 504, 364 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. In fact, the petitioner has been granted regular bail vide order dated 10.12.2015 passed by the Additional District Judge-6th, Begusarai but due to nonprosecution before the court below on behalf of the petitioner, bail bond of the petitioner has been canceled and now the petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.D.J.-14th, Begusarai in connection with S.T. No. 237 of 2017 arising out of Bachhwara P.S. Case No. 122 of 2015 subject to the condition that the petitioner will remain physical present before the court below on each and every date till framing of charge.
