The appeal is dismissed as the learned Single Judge has committed no error in law.

The grant of time bound promotion is one which is required to be given for stagnation. In the case of the husband of the present appellant, he had worked in higher capacity three times over

Patna High Court LPA No.1711 of 2013 dt.10-03-2017 2/2 and that is adequate compensation for him in this regard against stagnation.

Such litigations are not required to be encouraged specially since such litigation is nothing but speculative kind of writ application for more financial benefit than entitlement.
