The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence under Section 379, 382 of the Indian Penal Code. F.I.R. was lodged against unknown. Name of the petitioner transpired during course of investigation. No incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner and till date, no T.I.P. has been held. In paragraph - 3 of the bail petition, it is stated that petitioner is accused in as many as five cases, out of which, in four cases he is on bail. Petitioner is in custody since 13.09.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.408 of 2022(2) dt.11-03-2022 2/2 bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Addl. Sessions Judge VIII, Patna in connection with GRP Mokama (Hathidah) P.S. Case No. 15 of 2021 (G.R. No. 88 of 2021).
