Petitioner is in jail custody since 07.06.2014 on the accusation that he was caught in the house of the informant when he had entered to commit theft but admittedly, petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Considering the period of detention of the petitioner in jail custody as well as his clean antecedent, let the petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
