The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Ladania P.S. Case No. 4 of 2016 registered under Section 363, 365, 366A of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. In fact daughter of the informant did not want to live with her first husband. She, in her statement, under section 164 Cr.P.C. stated that she has not been kidnapped by any one and she wants to live with this petitioner.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.7792 of 2017 (2) dt.20-02-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Ladaniya P.S.
