2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this writ petition may be disposed of in light of the order dated

Patna High Court CWJC No.13793 of 2023(6) dt.25-06-2024 2/2 06.08.2018 passed in LPA No. 881 of 2016 and its analogous cases.

3. In view of the aforesaid judgment, the petitioner is directed to file an application before respondent no. 1 and the respondent no. 1 shall refer the matter to the committee of the concerned district which was constituted in pursuant of the order passed in LPA No. 881 of 2016 and the committee is also directed to examine the claim of the petitioner in accordance with law and pass a reason and specific order within a period of 10 weeks.

4. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed with the aforesaid liberty.
