2. The petitioners seek regular bail in connection with Kathaiya P.S. Case No. 89 of 2024 registered for the offence under Sections 356, 379 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, petitioners have snatched the mobile phone of the informant and they are in custody since 28.06.2024.

4. During investigation sufficient materials have come to connect the petitioners with the crime. Petitioners have criminal antecedents also.

5. Considering the allegations levelled against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64221 of 2024(2) dt.01-10-2024 2/2 petitioners and also considering the fact that petitioners have snatched the mobile phone of the informant on the road, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioners.

7. Accordingly, this application for regular bail is dismissed.

8. The petitioners may renew their prayer for bail if the trial is delayed.
