The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Hisua P.S. Case No. 131 of 2014, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 495, 376, 379 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant alleged that she was married to Ajay Kumar on 07.06.2014, but when she came to her Sasural she came to know that her husband was earlier married in the year 2009 in village Bishunpur. Her husband established physical relationship with her and thereafter all the accused persons drove her out from the house after snatching all her belongings. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.5061 of 2015 (2) dt.06-02-2015 The case has been compromised. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners.

Considering the facts aforesaid and the fact that the informant is legally wedded wife of Ajay Kumar and the petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the informant and the informant has not made any specific allegations against the petitioners, the petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawada in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 131 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
